2.	University Regulations	University Regulations framed under section 32 of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Act - 2005.
3.	Annual Reports	Containing all activities held in the University during concerned year.
4.	Annual Accounts	Annual Accounts Balance sheet, Audit report of Accounts for the financial year
5.	Service Records	Service Records containing all details of each and every employee.
6.	Student Information	Student data - year wise
7.	Results of students	All the results of every students enrolled in the University
8.	Agenda and Minutes of statutory Authorities	Agenda and minutes of the following: 1. Executive Council 2. Academic Council 3. Finance Committee
9.	Minutes of Tribunal of Arbitration	Minutes of Tribunal of Arbitration
10.	Stock Register	Stock register containing all the entries of equipments, stationary etc.
11.	Log books.	Log books of all the vehicles
