Mr. Abhishek Kumar Tiwari is presently working as Teaching Associate in RMLNLU. He was selected as a Lecturer in Law in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. He also served as Lecturer in Law at UNISON SCHOOL OF LAW Dehradun affiliated to HNBG University, Srinagar, Uttrakhand. He has done his LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University in 2006 with 1st Division. He completed his LL.M. degree from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, in the year 2009 with Second Position in Order of Merit. The topic of his LL.M. dissertation was “Impact of Genetically Modified Crops on the Natural Environment: a Legal Perspective with Special Reference to India”

Presently he is pursuing his Ph.D. on the topic “Environmental Aspects of Genetically Modified Crops: A Critical Study In The Light Of International Environmental Guidelines and National Law”. He actively participated in one month’s National Human Rights Training Program, 2008, organized by National Human Rights Commission in collaboration with Dr,R.M.L.N. Law University, Lucknow. He also participated in different National & International Seminars. He also published following papers :

His areas of special interest are Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law and Environmental Law.
