Mr. Atul Sinha has previously served as a Lecturer in Law in the Amity University, Lucknow. He has done his LL.B. from Lucknow University in 2006, He was the topper of his University for which he has been awarded (5 Gold-Medals including President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold-Medal). He also completed his LL.M. with specialization in Constitutional law group from the same University with fourth position in order of merit .The topic of his dissertation in LL.M. was “Judicial Review of Appointment on Compassionate ground”. This dissertation is also in the pipeline for its publication. He qualified the UGC- NET exam as well as JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) in 2009. He has also experienced the of law in practice while practising at Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court as an Advocate before joining the Amity University.

Presently he is also pursuing Ph.D. in law on the burning and relevant topic “Caste Mobility and Protective Discrimination in India- An interdisciplinary approach and judicial practice” He has been awarded “Acharya Narendra Dev Award” for the Best Student in the field of Law in his District in 2007. He also presented the paper in the two National Seminars organized by National Environmental Science Academy New Delhi one in collaboration with Chandigarh University, at Chandigarh in 2006 and the other in collaboration with the Jamia Hamdard University at New Delhi. These papers have now been published. His two Articles, one in Constitutional law and the other on International Environmental Law are in pipelines for the publication in the renowned National Law Journals. His areas of interest are Constitutional law, Property law, International Environmental Law and Family law.
