Mr. B.D. Joshi is having over 38 years of Teaching and Administrative experience in the Higher Education Department of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. He has held the position of the Regional, Higher Education, Principal of Govt. of Post Graduates Colleges and Joint Secretary in the Higher Education Department. Known for his knowledge of Administrative Affairs, Mr. Joshi was appointed as an Officer on Special Duty to this nascent University on 1st of June, 2006.
