who was a stalwart and a legend in the field of law and was also the then Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh. The area of practice of Mr. Yashovardhan Swarup, broadly includes Constitutional Law, Service Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law. He is a trained Mediator and is Joint Secretary High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Lucknow.
Litigations have been conducted by him in New Delhi & NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himanchal Pradesh, Madhaya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand (Uttranchal). He has also being conducting cases in the Supreme Court of India. |
